  • Step 2: Choose Your Fixed Weekly Class:

Select one regular class time that suits your schedule — the same day and time each week. This becomes your student’s guaranteed class for the term.

  • Step 3: Book Extra Classes As You Go:

You can book additional sessions (up to one per day) using our booking platform.

Unlimited Classes for $100/Week – Terms & Conditions:

  • Promotion Period: This offer is valid for Term 3, from Monday 15 July to Sunday 22 September 2025.
  • Eligibility: Available to the first 50 customers only.
  • Payment: Full upfront payment is required to be eligible for this offer.
  • Booking Limit: A maximum of one class per day may be booked per student.
  • Booking Window: Classes can only be booked up to 48 hours in advance.
  • Booking Platform: Bookings and attendance are managed through Tutobird. You can check class availability and schedule changes there.
  • Class Selection: Each student may select one fixed class time per week (same day and time each week for the term). All other classes are subject to availability and operate on a first-booked basis.
  • Class Type Limitations: This offer applies to group tutoring classes only. It does not include school holiday programs.
  • Make-up Classes: Make-up classes are not available for missed or unattended sessions.
  • No-shows: Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice will result in a $10 no-show fee. Please be mindful that there are other students wanting to join.
  • Class Availability: All classes are subject to availability. Placement in specific classes beyond the fixed weekly session is not guaranteed.
  • Changes & Cancellations: We reserve the right to make changes to class times, content, tutors, or schedules, and to cancel classes if required. In such cases, affected customers will be notified.
  • Non-transferable: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be shared or split between students.
  • Non-refundable: Payments made under this offer are non-refundable once the first lesson is booked.
  • General Terms: By participating in this offer, customers agree to all terms and conditions listed. The provider’s decision on all matters related to the offer is final and binding.
